During Site reclamation, final grades will be established to direct drainage to the east, <br />consistent with pre -development drainage. <br />4.10 LIFE EXPECTANCY <br />The useable air space for filling of approved inert materials is t 1.1 million cubic yards. <br />Based upon an estimated annual volume of 46,800 cubic yards per year, the life of the <br />filling operation is expected to be approximately 23 years but may take up to 30 years for <br />completion depending on local economic conditions.
