i rn-a 66-072:1 <br />SUNDANCE INVESTMENTS <br />June 26, 2015 <br />Subject: Agreement for Compensation by Mining Operation for Man -Made Structures <br />within 200 Feet of Sundance Resources <br />Dear Structure Owner: <br />Sundance Investments has applied for 112 Reclamation Permit from the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) to conduct sand and gravel extraction on portions of <br />it's land. The affected land encompasses approximately 745 acres and is located east of I-25, just <br />south of exit 122, in portions of Sections 9, 10, 14, 15, 22 and 23 in Township 17S, Range 65W, <br />6th Principal Meridian. A vicinity map is attached to show the location of the Sundance Sand & <br />Gravel Resources site. <br />As part of the 112 Reclamation Permit process, Sundance, as the applicant, has to provide a <br />notarized agreement with any owner of a man-made structure within 200 feet of the affected land <br />stating that the applicant will provide compensation for any damage to identified structures. <br />Sundance has identified you as an owner of a man-made structure within 200 feet of the affected <br />land and has enclosed an Agreement for Compensation by Mining Operation.
