<br />We, Robin L. Liming and Helen Kristy Liming, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of
<br />survivorship, GRANTORS, of Yuma County, State of Colorado, for and in consideration of TEN
<br />DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT EQUALLY to the ROBIN LEE LIMING LIVING
<br />TRUST, dated March 13, 2012 (the legal address of which is 486 County Road Q, Kirk, CO 80824) and
<br />the KRISTY LIMING LIVING TRUST dated March 13, 2012 (the legal address of which is 486 County

<br />its appurtenances, situated in Kit Carson County, State of Colorado, hereby waiving and releasing all
<br />rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Colorado, to -wit:

<br />constituents thereof, gravel, sand and coal, in, under and upon or that might be produced from the described
<br />lands, now owned or hereafter acquired that have not otherwise been retained by the Grantors.

<br />and delivery of these presents, he is well seized of the premises above conveyed, has good, sure, perfect, absolute
<br />and indefeasible estate of inheritance, in law, in fee simple, and has good right, full power and lawful authority to

<br />grant, bargain, sell and convey the same in manner and form as aforesaid, and that the same are free and clear from
<br />all former and other grants, bargains, sales, liens, taxes, assessments, encumbrances and restrictions of whatever
<br />kind or nature soever, except for the general taxes for the current year and subsequent years, and except easements,
<br />covenants, reservations, restrictions, and right of way, if any, of record;
<br />The grantor shall and will WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND the above bargained premises in the quiet and
<br />peaceable possession of the grantees, their heirs and assigns, against all and every person or persons lawfully
<br />claiming the whole or any part thereof.
<br />The singular number shall include the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of any gender shall be applicable to
<br />all genders.
<br />Pursuant to C.R.S. § 38-30-108.5 and 38-30-172, Statements of Authority have been recorded regarding the
<br />ROBIN LEE LIMING TRUST, dated March 13, 2012 and the KRISTY LIMING LIVING TRUST dated
<br />March 13, 2012. The beneficiary of the ROBIN LEE LIMING LIVING TRUST, dated March 13, 2012, is
<br />ROBIN LEE LIMING. The beneficiary of the KRISTY LIMING LIVING TRUST dated March 13, 2012 is
<br />KRISTY LIMING.
