Dear Division:
L.G. Everist, Inc. respectfully submits to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, the
112c Annual Report form and a site map for the Carr Gravel Resource (M-1988-048).
Check # 200279, dated 09/11/2015, for a total of $1,582.00, covers two annual fees of $791.00,
for Carr Gravel Resource (M-1988-048) and Carbon Valley Resource (M-2001-017). Both
annual reports and the check are being submitted together in one package.
Mining operations and sales at the Carr site were minimal this past reporting year, due to market
conditions. We continued mining operations in the same area as last year. L.G. Everist is also
continuing the Weld -County approved transload operation in our property north of the mining area,
which was released from the DRMS permit in December -2013. The attached map shows all the
areas mentioned above - the current mining area, remaining permitted area to be mined, and also
the released/transload area.
