PERMIT #: M-2011-007 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: MAC <br />INSPECTION DATE: September 17, 2015 <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The inspection was conducted by Michael Cunningham of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />(Division). Patrick Maher of Venture Resources, Inc. was also present for the inspection. The Robert Fulton <br />Reclamation site is located approximately 3.2 miles north of Idaho Springs via Two Brothers Rd. & Virginia <br />Canyon Rd. in Gilpin County; the average elevation is 9,240 ft. The site is permitted for 1.21 acres and the <br />post -mining land use is forestry. <br />The inspection was conducted as part of the Division's regular monitoring program. The Robert Fulton <br />Reclamation site operates under a 110d Reclamation Permit; the commodities of interest are gold and silver. <br />No activity has occurred at the site since the permit was issued. There is a waste rock pile of approximately <br />1,000 tons within the affected area. The Operator will remove the waste rock and process the material at the <br />Hukill Gulch Millsite (M-2009-076). <br />The Division currently holds a financial warranty in the amount of $13,342.00, which is adequate to complete <br />reclamation at the site. <br />This concluded the inspection. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
