Mr. Tyler O'Donnell
RE: Adequacy Review Response
September 18, 2015
Since only agreement has been accepted by a landowners and utilities, we have prepared a
stability analysis. We propose to construct the french drain and pipeline but utilizing
structural shoring to minimize the impact. There may be instances where we would use an
open trench with 2:1 and slopes on the outside (opposite side of the slurry wall). Under no
circumstances will we have a non -shored trench on the slurry wall side. Therefore, we have
taken the conservative approach with the stability analysis and assumed an open trench with
2:1 slopes and 10' depth. In this manner we can be confident there will be no damage to
structures. A copy of the trench slope stability analysis is attached. The results of the
stability the analysis shows that the excavated slopes will be stable and furthermore there will
be no impact to structures located outside the perimeter of the excavation.
General Questions and Comments:
7) Please provide proof of mailing or serving all owners of record of the surface and mineral
rights of the affected land; and the owners of record of all land surface within 200 feet of the
boundary of the affected lands, as required by Rule 1.6.2(1)(e).
The proof of mailings are attached.
