PUBLIC NOTICE <br />JRS Mining LLC, whose address is 850 N Davidson Street, Eloy, AZ 85131 and phone <br />number is (863)660-0763, has filed an application for a Regular (112) Hard Rock <br />(Placer Gold) Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation. The proposed mine is <br />known as the Sullivan Aggregate Pit. The mine is located in Section 32, Township 9 <br />South, Range 77 West of the (6th) Colorado Principal Meridian, in Park County. <br />The proposed date of amendment approval is June 2015, and the proposed date of <br />mine completion is 2040. The proposed future use of the land is wildlife habitat, which is <br />the pre -mine use. Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained <br />from the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Park County Clerk and Recorder's <br />office; PO Box 220, Fairplay, CO 80440, or the above-named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety by 4:00 pm on October 12, 2015. This Notice is for the same <br />application that was published in May and June; however, this notice allows for a longer <br />public comment period. <br />Please note that under the provisions of C. R. S. 34-32.5-101 et sea. Comments related to noise, <br />truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property values and other social or <br />economic concerns are issues not subject to this Office's jurisdiction. These subjects, and <br />similar ones, are typically addressed by your local governments, rather than the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining, and Safety or the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />
