JRS Mining LLC states that normal hours of the operation will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM <br />Monday through Saturday. No operations are planned on Sunday. In the case of breakdowns, pond <br />cleanout, weather issues, or some other urgent need, some activity may extend beyond these hours. <br />It should be pointed out that the previous response to objection letters dated August 6, 2015 <br />incorrectly stated that the mining slope would be 3.OH: LOV. The true mining slope will be <br />2.5H: LOV but will be reclaimed to 3.OH: LOV.
