The letter <br />states: "due to the requirement for the Division to inspect any of the drill sites to determine if <br />the sites meet Rule 4.05.2(2), the date when a site was inspected by the Division should be <br />included. In addition, due to the fact that SL -1 has not been approved, the vegetation status of <br />a number of the sites could be revised to read, bond release status or bond release status <br />applied for. <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, enclosed are revised pages 2.05-45i through 2.05-45a. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
