GEOTECHNICAL STABILITY EXHIBIT
There are no geological hazards that have a potential to affect any feature
of the Smith Pit No. 20 Amendment. The slopes are designed for 3:1 (horizontal to
vertical) which will be flat enough for post -mining use of rangeland. There is no potential
for off-site impacts due to slope failure or any other mining or reclamation related causes.
Therefore, there is no necessity for engineering studies on this facility.
