No hazardous materials, hazardous waste or trash shall be disposed of within this <br />permit area. If a release does occur, the Little Snake Resource Area Manager shall <br />be notified immediately. All trash shall be removed and disposed of at an approved <br />disposal facility. <br />6. The operator will control any noxious weeds that develop on site according to <br />applicable law. <br />7. The permit holder is required to use certified weed free hay, straw and mulch on <br />BLM lands in Colorado should the use or storage of hay, straw or mulch be <br />necessary. <br />8. The operator is required to use the reclamation practices necessary to reclaim all <br />disturbed areas. Reclamation will ensure surface and subsurface stability, growth of <br />a self -regenerating permanent vegetative cover and compatibility with post land use. <br />The vegetation will be diverse and of the same seasonal growth as adjoining <br />vegetation. Post land use will be determined by the authorized officer but normally <br />will be the same as adjoining uses. <br />9. The seed mix for re -seeding at the time of reclamation will be: <br />Intermediate Wheatgrass (Ohae) 35% <br />Western Wheatgrase (Rosanna) 33% <br />Sheep Fescue (Azay) 20% <br />Cicer Milkvetch (Lutana) 3% <br />10. An annual report indicating the amount (cubic yards or tons) of material <br />removed must be filed with the Little Snake Resource Office at the end of the <br />calendar year. <br />
