EXHIBIT J <br />(Vegetation Information) <br />The predominant soils type that will be affected by The Smith Pit Amendment is: <br />75-Fonce sandy loam, 1 to 8 percent slopes, the soils map and a list of "potential" native <br />vegetation for this soils type (on non -irrigated bench landforms) is listed in the attached <br />Moffat County Soils Survey (Exhibit I). <br />Wyoming big sagebrush, Indian ricegrass, needleandthread, streambank wheatgrass, <br />sandberg bluegrass, bluegrass wheatgrass, prairie Junegrass, western wheatgrass. <br />Land capability subclass (non -irrigated): 6c <br />The maximum carrying capacity for the 26.48 acres amended to the Smith Pit No. 20 <br />will be approximately 4.6 A.U.Ms (according to BLM Range Specialist: Mark Lowrey of <br />the Little Snake Field Office). <br />EXHIBIT J (Vegetation Information) <br />
