Page 1 of 1 <br />MARVIN MOORE EXHIBIT H- <br />0 <br />From: <Timothy_Novotny@blm.gov> <br />To: <marvinmoore1249@msn.com> <br />Sent: Monday, January 12, 2009 09:19 <br />Marvin: the following is a list of federally listed threatened and <br />endangered species that occur in Moffat County: . <br />black -footed ferret (Mustela nigripes) endangered <br />bonytail (Gila elegans) endangered <br />Canada lynx (Lynx canadensis) threatened <br />Colorado pikeminnow (Ptychocheilus Lucius) <br />humback chub (Gila cypha) endangered <br />Mexican spotted owl (Strix occidentalis lucida) threatened <br />razorback sucker (Xyrauchen texanus) endangered <br />Ute ladies' -tresses orchid (Spiranthes diluvialis) threatened <br />yellow -billed cuckoo (Coccyzus americanus) candidate for listing <br />In my opinion, there is not sufficient habitat for any of these species to <br />occur at the Smith Pit No. 20 site located at T12N, R93W, Sec 18: lot 5 and <br />T12N, R94W, Sec 13: lot 14.
