The U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of Surface Mining
Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE), Western Region Office offers our appreciation and
sincere gratitude for your assistance in this important effort. Public involvement is a critical
component of the NEPA process and your support was key in ensuring the opportunity for the
public to participate in the EA.
After reviewing and considering all public review comments received, OSMRE has completed
the EA and signed the FONSI and the documents can be viewed online at:
http://www.wrcc. osmre. gov/initiatives/colowyoMineS outhTaylor. shtm
Additional information regarding this Project may be obtained from Nicole Caveny, telephone
number (303) 293-5078.
Sincerely,
Marcelo Calle, Manager
Field Operations Branch
