(SFOGI) hereby submits the 2015 Annual Report for the East RD&D Pilot <br />Project, NOI P-2010-026. Also included in this correspondence is payment of the $86.00 annual fee. (Ck <br />#458). <br />The information required by Rule 5.6 is contained in the Annual Fee Invoice and Report Request. <br />Included in this correspondence is a cover letter, the completed Report Form Request, the annual report <br />NOI worksheet and general location map, site map(s), and financial warranty cost summaries. Supporting <br />calculations for the financial warranty summary can be provided upon request. SFOGI's Statewide <br />Prospecting Bond applicable to this NOI remains in place and is more than adequate to cover these <br />updated warranty estimates.
