The proposed project involves an application for Loveland
Ready Mix Concrete.
If any work associated with this project requires the placement of dredged or fill material, or any
excavation associated with a dredged or fill project, either temporary or permanent, in an aquatic site,
which may include ephemeral and perennial streams, wetlands, lakes, ponds, drainage ditches and
irrigation ditches, this office should be notified by the project proponent for Department of the Army
permits, changes in permit requirements and jurisdictional determinations pursuant to Section 404 of
the Clean Water Act.
