EXHIBIT "E" Amendment - 2015 <br />Reclamation Plan <br />NOTE: ARS Sand & Gravel is part of the Douglas County Planned Development of Sterling Ranch. Please <br />see attached map Exhibit E-1. We will most likely develop the property in the next 5-8 years, and prior <br />to doing so will work closely with the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety. <br />As previously submitted all slopes will be graded to 31-1:1V or flatter. <br />Proposed final grading as previously submitted. <br />Approved Seed Mix to stay the same as previously submitted. <br />Seed is to be broadcast. <br />Fertilizer will not be used during revegetation. <br />Operator will not crimp straw into soil after mixing. <br />Range of depth of topsoil will be 0-3". <br />Access road will be left after mining. <br />Office/Shop/Additional Support Facilities will not be removed during reclamation. <br />
