Cunningham <br />Environmental Protection Specialist <br />RE: 112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application <br />Permit No. M-2010-071, AM01 <br />Mr. Cunningham: <br />SEP 0 0 2015 <br />Please find enclosed a read out of the monitoring well readings from the Goose Haven Reservoir Complex. <br />These reading were taken from the top of the casings, measured to ground water. As of right now, I do not have <br />surveyed elevations of the top of casings, but will pursue those elevations immediately. I believe that the <br />information that we have is adequate to meet the permit requirements, but the elevations are needed to do any <br />sort of modeling. <br />We have received a copy of a letter from Weiland Inc to address the other permit deficiencies, so we are of the <br />belief that we have been responsive to your August 25, 2015 letter.
