<br />1, Virginia Everard, do solemnly swear that I am
<br />Legal Notice Representative of theCraig Daily Press,
<br />that the same is a daily newspaper printed, in whole
<br />or in part, and published in the County of Moffat,
<br />State of Colorado, and has a general circulation
<br />therein; that said newspaper has been published
<br />continuously and uninterruptedly in said County of
<br />Moffat for a period of more than fifty-two weeks
<br />prior to the first publication of the annexed legal
<br />notice or advertisement; that said newspaper has been
<br />admitted to the United States mails as second-class
<br />matter under the provisions of the Act of March 3,
<br />1879, or any amendments thereof, and that said

<br />PUBLIC NOTICE
<br />Notice is hereby given of the filing of a Tech-
<br />nical Revision 105 to the Colowyo Coal Mine,
<br />Mining Permit No. C-1961-019, by the
<br />Colowyo Coal Company LP, 5731 State
<br />Highway 13, Meeker, CO. 81641, with the
<br />Colorado Division Reclamation Mining and
<br />Safety, Colorado Departmeal of Natural Re-
<br />sources, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215,
<br />Denver, Colorado 80203. TR -105 proposed
<br />changes to the post -mine topography and
<br />revises the surface water hydrology related
<br />to topographic changes in the proposed
<br />post -mine topography.
<br />All of [he areas to be affected by this Techni-
<br />cal Revision are owned by Colowyo Coal
<br />Company LP., the State of Colorado and the
<br />Bureau of Land Management and are lo-
<br />cated approximately 28 miles south o1 Craig,
<br />Colorado, west of Colorado State Highway
<br />13 and east of Moffat County Road 51,
<br />The affected area can be located on U.S.
<br />Geological Survey 7,5 -minute quadrangle
<br />map Nos, N4015 -W10745/7..5 (Axial, Colo-
<br />rado) and N4007.5 -W10745/7.5 (Nlnemile
<br />Gap, Colorado) and is more particularly de-
<br />scribed as follows:
<br />All or portions of Sections 2-5, 7-11, 14-22,
<br />and 28-30 of Township 3 North, Range 93
<br />West and all or portions of Sections 13, 15,
<br />16, 21-24, 26-28, and 32-34 of Township 4
<br />North, Range 93 West of1he6th P.M., Moffat
<br />County and Rio Blanco County, Colorado.
<br />A precise description of the Permit Boundary
<br />can be found in Volume 2A, Exhibit 1, Item
<br />12 of the permit document and is included
<br />herein by reference.
<br />A copy of the application for the Technical
<br />Revision is on file at the Moffat County Clerk
<br />and Recorder's Office in the Moffat County
<br />Courthenselocated at 221 West Victory
<br />Way, Craig, Colorado, 81625 and the Rio
<br />Blanco County Clerk and Recorder's Office
<br />in the Rio Blanco Courthouse located at 555
<br />Main Street 4303, Meeker, CO, 8164. Ques-
<br />tions concerning this TR should be directed
