<br />On August 25, 2015, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received you,
<br />Tech„incl Revision application TR -3 for the Bunn Rancn Pit Permit No. M-1980-131, which is
<br />located in Mottat County. The revision , equeated add, esses the following items:
<br />Changing the current reclamation plan/map to reflect the approved EPA wetlands
<br />mitigation and final conf;gu, ativn of the pond on the west side of the permit area
<br />Preliminary review of the into, natio„ , eceived determined tnat the following items must be
<br />received before the Division can consider your application as bei,,g aubn,itted and technical review
<br />can begin:
<br />• Technical Review Fee of $216 per Rule 1.9.1
<br />• A copy of the approved EPA'Proposed Wetlandz. Mitigation Site at Bunn Rancn Pit
<br />• TR maps submitted at a higher resolution
<br />• Revised verbiage of the reclamation pia„ „a, , ative to describe the above mentioned
<br />mitigation
<br />Your requested TR is considered incomplete until the appropriate fee is received. A Decision Date
<br />vvill be aet once the fee is receivea. Please submit the requested information or your Technical
<br />Revision application will be denied and it will need to be re -submitted. The Division will continue to
<br />review your Technical Revision and will contact you if additional info, ,nation is needed.
