Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily <br />address any concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your <br />responsibility to request an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues <br />that have not been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no <br />extension has been requested, the Division will deny this application. <br />The Division received a copy of the email sent to The Flume which included the revised <br />public notice to be published in the paper. Pursuant to Rule 1.6.5(2), proof of notice may <br />consist of either a copy of the last newspaper publication, to include dates published, or a <br />certified or notarized statement from the paper. Please submit a copy of the public notice <br />which was published in a newspaper of local circulation or a notarized statement from the <br />paper. <br />6.4.3 Exhibit C — Pre -Mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands <br />2. The Mining Plan Map depicts the north wash plant on the west side of the access road. <br />During the inspection conducted on July 13, 2015, the Division observed the north wash <br />plant on east side of the access road. Please clarify if the north wash plant will remain in its <br />current location or if it will be moved to the area depicted on the Mining Plan Map. If the <br />wash plant will move, then please specify when the facility will be relocated. If the wash <br />plant will remain in its current location, then please revise the Mining Plan Map as necessary. <br />6.4.4 Exhibit D — Mining Plan <br />3. The Mining Plan states the water fresh water line for the wash plant will be suspended at a <br />height above any potential use of the river.
