Mr. Rob Zuber <br />September 2, 2015 <br />Page 2 <br />Colowyo, as required, will meet the requirements of Rule 4.03.1 as noted on the Map <br />25E Sheet 3 when construction of the Collom Haul Road occurs. <br />4. 1 received a letter dated July 28, 2015 from the office of the State Historic <br />Preservation Officer (SHPO) regarding the Collom haul road and TR -106. They are <br />requesting more information regarding site 51LfF1652. Please let me know if Tri- <br />State response to this request. This letter from SHPO can be found in our Laserfiche <br />system. However, it if you need a hard copy of this letter, please let me know, and I <br />will gladly send it. <br />Response: On September 1, 2015, Mr. Tony Tennyson and Mr. Mark Tobias (State <br />Historic Preservation Officer) spoke on the telephone in regards to his request for <br />additional information for eligible site 5MF1652. Mr. Tennyson provided Mr. Tobias <br />with additional data via email and described the TR106 proposed alignment, <br />disturbance footprint, and anticipated timeframe for construction to commence the <br />Collom Haul Road. Mr. Tennyson also discussed the plan to meet the requirements <br />of Exhibit 5, Item 3 of the PAP.
