As requested in your letter that we <br />received on August 18, 2015, the Division approves your request to extend the decision deadline for the above - <br />referenced amendment application. The new deadline for AM -02 will corresponded with the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board (Board) Hearing for the 112c Amendment application with objections. The Board Hearing will <br />occur on October 28, 2015, you will need to provide the Division with outstanding adequacy items well before the <br />hearing to provide the Division with adequate time to make a recommendation to the Board. <br />If you are unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to the new deadline, it will be your <br />responsibility to request an extension of time to allow for continued review of this application.
