Additional <br />Application Information for Succession of Operators. <br />Dear Ms. Coria: <br />Please accept the additional documentation enclosed to accompany our Succession of Operators <br />application packet which your office originally received on July 30, 2015: <br />1. Executed Financial Warranty Check for Deposit in State Treasury documentation. <br />2. Executed Structure Agreements as of August 12, 2015. <br />3. Copies of USPS Return Receipts for Notices sent to Structure Owners. <br />The copies of Structure Agreements enclosed are from Verizon/MCI Communications and <br />Mountain View Electric Association. These are the only two that we have received back to date. <br />We have been in verbal and/or e-mail communication with Colorado Springs Utilities, Tri-State <br />Generation and Transmission Association, Southwest Generation, and El Paso County <br />concerning Structure Agreements but have received nothing in writing as of yet. If and when we <br />do, those Agreements will be promptly forwarded to your office. <br />Please keep in mind that Sundance will adhere to our Setback Affidavit, which was included in <br />our original application packet to you, should we not receive executed Structure Agreements <br />from any further affected Structure Owners.
