The attached River Profiles Map show slopes at the upstream and downstream <br />ends of the excavated area to be no greater than 3:1. <br />3. There has not been any significant channel erosion within or adjacent to the <br />permitted area. <br />4. The attached River Profiles Map shows <br />a. Profile A -A' streambed elevation is 7170.47' which is 0.47' above the <br />Original Streambed Elevation of 7170' as established from historic measurements. <br />b. Profile B -B' streambed has two separate channels. The west channel <br />streambed elevation is 7176.65' which is 1.65' above the Original Streambed Elevation <br />of 7175'. The east channel streambed elevation is 7173.97' which is 1.03' below the <br />Original Streambed Elevation of 7175'. <br />c. Profile C -C' streambed has three separate channels. The west channel <br />streambed elevation is 7179.61' which is 0.39' below the Original Streambed Elevation <br />of 7180'. The central channel streambed elevation is 7180.73' which is 0.73' above the <br />Original Streambed Elevation of 7180'. The east channel streambed elevation is <br />7181.43' which is 1.43' above the Original Streambed Elevation of 7180'. <br />Overall the three River Profiles indicate that no substantial head cutting has <br />occurred during the past year. <br />Sincerely, <br />Robert A.
