1994 Annual Report, Appendix W.
Trapper Mine's Annual Report for 1994 is composed of seven sections. Section 1.0 reports 1994
reclamation activity as specified in Section 2.04.13 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
Regulations for Coal Mining. All appropriate maps are enclosed.
Section 2.0 is the Annual Hydrology Report and is composed of seven subsections.

Section 3.0 is a report on Trapper's drainage reconstruction efforts 1987-94. It consists of a narra-
tive segment describing our reconstruction methods and results as well as a map showing the loca-
tions of our drainage reconstruction efforts minewide. In 1994, approximately 1,800 feet of drainage
reconstruction was performed in East Pyeatt Gulch.
Section 4.0 is the recontoured spoil sampling section. This section includes site specific spoil
analysis data and a map showing spoil texture and sample identification numbers for Ashmore pit
only.
Section 5.0 is a narrative and map showing topsoil stockpiles constructed in 1994 and proposed 1995
topsoil stockpile locations. Additionally, the map has been updated to show all existing topsoil
stockpiles minewide with appropriate identification numbers. The narrative and accompanying table
describes topsoil stockpile locations, size and approximate volumes. Revised permit Tables 4.9-3 and
4.9-4 provide an updated permit term(1993-1997) topsoil balance based on the assumption that future
topsoil salvage will be balanced against approved topsoil replacement depths.
Section 6.0 titled Livestock Ponds is a map, narrative and revised table showing the actual locations
of ponds constructed in 1994 and proposed locations for ponds which may be constructed in 1995.
