In our operation we will backfill the deposit to protect it from cracking
and weathering. These backfilled areas are steeper, approx. 3:1. We will then cover the area that is no longer needed
with the stockpiled soil at 12"-14". Vegetation will be seeded according to the recommendation of the Soil
Conservation Service as outlined in our original reclamation plan.
2010 — Activity in the area within the area between "B, D, & E"
2011 — No activity due to weather and scheduling issues.
2012 — Activity in the area within the area between "B, D, & E September 27th and 29th
2013 — Activity in the area within the area between "B, D, & E" October 25th and 26th.
2014 -- Activity in the area within the area between "B, D, & E" September 171h and 181h
2015 -- Activity planned for late September, possibly early October, again in the same area as 2014.
