Attached please find the Annual Report and fee for the Hitch Rack Ranch.

Also attached are six confidential Permanent Abandonment Final Reports for the drill holes that were
drilled at the Hitch Rack Ranch between September and October 2014. No ground water was encountered
during the drilling operation of the subject holes. All subject holes were sealed with a mixture of cement
and bentonite. Also attached are six confidential drill logs. The presence of ground water was not noted
on any of the logs.
