<br />On August 4, 2015 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (D►viaio«) conducted an
<br />inspectio,, of the above referenced site. Sediment control was noted as a problem in the insperrim,
<br />report due to the excessive ruts pote„tidlly impacting the integrity of the SWMP. Un August 24,
<br />2015 the Division received photo documentation via e ... ail h on, Billy Mack that stormwater repairs
<br />to e, osion ruts had been made. This satisfies the corrective actions and the proble.., i., considered
<br />abated.
