Kin I e v <br />Borehole Mining Update <br />June 1 2015 <br />Komodo Miner Pipe <br />Kinley s newly designed triple wall <br />Hydraulic Borehole Mining pipe is <br />engineered to handle the toughest mining <br />conditions and applications The system <br />features heavy duty threaded <br />connections with a 140 000 ft Ib 623kN <br />torque rating and tensile load at yield of <br />830 000 lbs 376 300 kg This Kinley <br />triple tube system is designed to operate <br />in conjunction with the Komodo Miner <br />The Komodo mining pipe is engineered for <br />velocities and pressure loss factoring for <br />deep and extended wells up to 1 500 <br />meters The pipe is rated for operating <br />capacity of 750 GPM 170 m3 hr of <br />eductor fluid flow and 500 GPM 114 <br />m3 hr of high pressure jet fluid flow and <br />1 250 GPM 284 m3 hr of slurry flow thru <br />the inner discharge pipe The rated <br />pressure capacities are in excess of our <br />operating parameters of 2 000 psi 138 <br />Bar for the eductor 5 000 psi 345 Bar <br />forthetwin jets ring and 1 000 psi 69 Bar <br />for the slurry return The electronics on <br />the system are effectively operated and <br />controlled with state of the art Kevlar <br />coated cable back to our surface <br />controlled operating system <br />Twin jet nozzles have options with <br />synthetic diamond ruby sapphire or <br />ceramic inserts for high wear resistance <br />and long term uniformity of the jet <br />stream Twin nozzles opposing each other <br />gives the miner the ability to disaggregate <br />twice as much material improving <br />production twofold over single stream <br />systems Actuators controlled from <br />surface allow the operator to open and <br />close flows to the nozzles and eliminates <br />expensive tripping time <br />Submerged remote access mining technology <br />industry leading experts customized engineered <br />mining solutions for high grade ore bodies Turnkey <br />prefeasibility through commercial mining <br />Kinley Exploration LLC www kinleyexploration com <br />7400 West 130 St Suite 170 whatever it takes 1 913 851 0433 <br />Overland Park Kansas 66213 wherever it takes us solutions@kinleyexpioration com
