In coordination with the City of Fort Collins Utilities and Natural Areas Departments, we have attached the following to this letter for your review and approval with respect to the identified inadequacies: (a) hard copies of the exhibits and maps that were updated as part of this revision; (b) proof that the attached updated exhibits and maps were also placed on file at the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder for public review; (c) proof of notice to all property owners inside and within 200 feet of the mined permit area; and (d) an updated digital copy (on DVD) of the entire revised mining amendment application.
