(TC). I, Jared Ebert of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) <br />conducted the inspection. Mr. Brian Watterson of TC accompanied me during the first day of the inspection and <br />at the end of the last day. Miranda Blomquist an intern with TC accompanied me during the first part of the <br />second day. Overall the weather was partly cloudy to sunny during the inspection. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING — Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br />Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />See the discussion about the backfilling and grading of the WCR corehole sites. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />The Division observed 30 corehole sites where TC conducted drilling to collect information on the Wolf Creek <br />Reserve. At each corehole site, the Division collected a GPS point to document the location of the site. A map <br />that depicts the locations of the points the Division collected is enclosed. The corehole sites have been reclaimed. <br />Some of the drill hole casing remain in place and need to be cut off and removed. Several drill holes need to be <br />marked with a post or survey cap. <br />The Division has not received proof of compliance (abandonment reports) for the following coreholes: <br />WC -026E, WC -026F, WC -026G, WC -027, WC -029, WC -26B, WC -028 and WC -006. In accordance <br />with Rule 4.07.3(3) TC must submit proof of compliance reports within 60 days after abandoning the drill <br />hole. <br />A discussion of each drill hole is below along with any maintenance items noted: <br />WC -011 site is located adjacent to the access road to the 6MN facilities.
