Box 187 <br />Craig, Colorado 81626 <br />RE: Trapper Mine; DRMS Permit No. C-1981-010 <br />Review of V Quarter 2015 and 2°d Quarter 2015 Horse Gulch Fill Quarterly Fill Certifcations <br />Dear Ms. Perkins, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has reviewed the above referenced <br />reports. These certified reports were received by the Division on April 3rd, 2015, and July 6t`, 2015 <br />respectively. The inspections were conducted by you, a certified engineer, with Trapper Mining on March <br />26th, 2015 by and June 25th, 2015. <br />These reports appear to be in compliance with the applicable sections of Rule 4.09. 1 (1 1)(a) and (b). The <br />reports were received within the required time frame. No instability, structural weakness, or other <br />hazardous conditions were reported. Construction activity has been reported to be consistent with the <br />approved design. No additional cracks or settling was noted, since 2013. The spring discovered in 2011, <br />was reported at less than a tenth of a gallon per minute for both 1Q and 2Q 2015. Underdrainage system <br />and surface drainage systems were inspected. Second quarter had some sloping work noted in the report. <br />No topsoil was placed either quarter. <br />Thank you for submitting these reports.
