Box 187 <br />Craig, Colorado 81626 <br />RE: Trapper Mine; DRMS Permit No. C-1981-010 <br />Review of V Quarter 2015 and 2°d Quarter 2015 Sediment Pond Inspections <br />Dear Ms. Perkins, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has reviewed the above referenced <br />reports. The first quarter sediment pond inspection report was received by the Division on January 28d`, <br />2015, and inspections conducted by Trapper on January 8th, 2015 by a qualified impoundment inspector. <br />The second quarter inspection report was received by the Division on June 25th, 2015, and inspections <br />conducted by Trapper on June 8th, 9d', 16th, and 17th 2015, by a qualified impoundment inspector. Both <br />reports are stamped by you a Colorado Licensed Professional Engineer. These reports appear to be in <br />compliance with the applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9(14-15) and (17). <br />The reports indicated that the riser at pond No Name 94 has been repaired from the leak reported in the 4d' <br />Quarter 2014, sediment pond inspection report. <br />Thank you for submitting these reports.
