The load out site is dry and the weather is <br />warm and overcast. No activities are occurring on the property beyond regular maintenance. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; <br />The Truck Loop pond was holding a stagnant shallow pool of water well below the discharge elevation. <br />The Rail loop pond was dry with a good stand of grass in the bottom of the pond. <br />Ditches and culverts throughout the reclaimed site were dry. Culvert T-20, as noted in the July 2015 inspection <br />report still requires to be cleaned out of material in the center of the culvert. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03; Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.032(4); Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.032(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.032(7): <br />No problems were noted along the TAHR. Routt County is apparently conducting grading of the road. <br />The TAHR is in good condition. The TAHR continues to be used by non -mine users. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Though vegetation on the reclaimed facilities area is coming in well, the stand is visually dominated by <br />yellow sweet clover this year. <br />Vegetation is becoming established at the reclaimed office area.
