Box 187 <br />Craig, Colorado 81626 <br />RE: Trapper Mine; DRMS Permit No. C-1981-010 <br />Review of 4th Quarter 2014, Is' Quarter 2015, and 2°d Quarter 2015 Discharge Monitoring <br />Reports For CDPHE Permit No. CO -0032115 <br />Dear Mr. Roberts, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has reviewed the above referenced <br />reports. The Discharge Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on January 27th, 2015, April 21st <br />2015, and July 21st 2015 respectively. The reports cover the time period from October 1st, 2014 to June 30th <br />2015. <br />During the 4th Quarter 2014, four NPDES outfalls were reported active, with one exceedance of primary <br />effluent limitations at Outfall 011 with a Total Suspended Solids of 97 mg/L on December 9d`, 2014. <br />During the 1st Quarter 2015, four NPDES outfalls were active, with one exceedance of the primary effluent <br />limitations at Outfall 002 with Total Suspended Solids of 40 mg/L and 1350 ug/L for Total Iron.
