weeds. Another inspection will be done later in the summer to monitor noxious weeds and
spraying will be applied as needed to prevent weeds from seeding out. Stone Wholesale
recognizes the need for control of these weeds and will continue the weed control plan annually
for the life of the mine.
32. Stone Wholesale acknowledges that a new financial warranty will be calculated.
33. Water Supply and Storage owns the Larimer County Canal. The structure agreement is in the
packet.
34. An Administrative Continuation letter from Department of Public Health and Environment is
attached to the Stormwater permit, that expired September 30, 2012. The letter explains the
extension of the permit until further notice. I called them regarding this issue and they said the
letter was still in effect.
35. Please see the lease between US, LLC and Stone Wholesale, Inc. in the packet. Please see the US,
LLC summary from the Colorado Secretary of State's office indicting its registry in good standing
since 7/19/2004 in the packet.
36. The lease between William H. Porter, deceased, and Stone Wholesale, Inc. is superseded by the
current lease between the new owner US, LLC and Stone Wholesale, Inc.
37. The new lease, please see the copy in the packet, referred to between US, LLC and Stone
Wholesale, Inc. supersedes the need for a specific property description as Stone Wholesale, Inc.
has been granted access to all of the property known as the Brownstone Quarry owned by US,
LLC.
38. Structure Agreements for all man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected land including
CDOT, Larimer County Canal and the Poudre Valley Canal are included in the packet.
A new set of exhibits are included in this packet. All previously submitted exhibits should be
considered invalid except the map exhibits C and F that were previously sent 06/23/2015.
This concludes the responses to the adequacy review dated May 13, 2015.
Thank you
Jim Striggow
Owner/operator Stone Wholesale, Inc.
