It has been determined <br />that there is sufficient information to make this permit/certification eligible for renewal. More information <br />may be requested by the Division as progress is made in developing a new permit/certification for the <br />above listed facility. This information must be made available to the Division when requested to complete <br />the permit process. <br />The Division is currently in the process of developing a new permit or master general permit and <br />associated certification for the above permitted facility. The development and review procedures required <br />by law have not yet been completed.
