BROWNSTONE 2015 — STATE EXHIBIT K <br />Climate conditions in Larimer County features about 15 inches of rain and 50 inches of snow annually. <br />The early spring snows provide for the optimum growing season. The high intensity afternoon <br />thunderstorms are usually followed by later season hot and dry periods of low humidity. The average <br />annual temperature is 49 degrees Fahrenheit and high gusty winds in excess 20 to 30 MPH are common.
