EXHIBIT A - Legal Description <br />The following information pertains to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology Permit # <br />1974-069 for Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc.; Larimer Pits. <br />Those parcels of land in Sections 15 and 16 of TSN, R69W, 6 P.M., Larimer County, Colorado, <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />PARCEL I (existing) <br />That part of the North East Half of said Section 16 lying north of the Big Thompson River and <br />south of the Northerly line of said abandoned Railroad R.O.W. and east of West County Road <br />19E EXCEPTING that portion thereof lying north of the South line of the Greeley -Loveland <br />Irrigation Co. ditch R.O.W. Also EXCEPT that part included in Quit Claim Deed recorded <br />August 3, 1939 in book 701 page 476. Also EXCEPT that part included in a Warranty Deed <br />recorded in Book 1235 page 416. Also EXCEPT those parts deeded to the City of Loveland <br />recorded in Book 1411 page 554 and Book 1366 page 444. Also EXEPT Parcel No. I in deed <br />recorded April 1, 1965 in Book 1285 page 524. EXCEPT that portion lying West of Namaqua <br />Road. <br />PARCEL 2 (existing) <br />All that part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16 which lies north of the Big Thompson River. <br />PARCEL 3 (existing) <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15 south of the Greeley -Loveland Irrigation Co. <br />ditch, EXCEPT that part included in a deed to Larimer County for a 100' road. Said deed dated <br />the l 0th day of April, 1969. <br />PARCEL 4 (existing) <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15 north of a line parallel to and 1 101.2 feet north <br />of the South line of said quarter section, EXCEPT that part included in a deed to Larimer County <br />for a 100' road. Said deed dated the 10th day of April, 1969. <br />PARCEL 5 (existing) <br />All that portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16 and the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, <br />all in Township 5 North, Range 69 West of the 6d' P.M., Larimer County, Colorado. Said Deed <br />dated the 22nd day of July, 1981. A copy of said Deed is attached. <br />PARCEL 6 (new addition) <br />All of Tract B of the Amended Plat of the Big Thompson Farms Addition — Being a Boundary <br />Line Adjustment of Tracts A & B, Big Thompson Farms Addition, located in the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 16 and the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 69 <br />West of the Oh P.M., City of Loveland, Larimer County Colorado. Amended Plat Dated <br />February 2013. Tract B containing 32.784 +/- acres. A copy of said Amended Plat is attached. <br />
