Lastly, please demonstrate that the proposed plan is in compliance with applicable Colorado water laws <br />and the governing body associated with the floodplain in the vicinity of the site. This also includes <br />information regarding the augmentation plan with the Division of Water resources and how the proposed <br />plan may alter that plan. <br />This concludes the Division's adequacy review of this Technical Revision. As a reminder, please be advised the <br />Riverside Pit Technical Revision may be deemed inadequate, and the request may be denied on August 24, 2015, <br />unless the above mentioned adequacy review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If more time <br />is needed to complete the reply, the Division can grant an extension to the decision date. This will be done <br />upon receipt of a written waiver of the Applicant's right to a decision by August 24, 2015 and the request for <br />additional time.
