Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. is the parent to Western <br />Fuels — Colorado. Therefore, Tri-State is submitting this resolution letter on behalf of the facility. <br />Upon two consecutive accelerated testing of the most sensitive species, we determined that there is "no pattern <br />of toxicity" at Outfalls 007 and 013. Based on these results, we returned to normal monitoring required by the <br />NPDES/CDPS permit. <br />The CDRMS Permit number is C-1981-008 for this facility. <br />If you have any questions about this submittal, please contact me at 303-254-3185. <br />Thanks, <br />Chantell R.
