I, Jared Ebert with the Division reviewed the photographs and prepared this report. <br />The 6MN ventilation shaft was observed. The development waste disposal pile appears stable and vegetated. The <br />6MN sediment pond was holding water but did not appear to be discharging. The slope above the 6MN sediment <br />Figure 1. 6MN ventilation shaft. <br />The 6MN reservoir was holding water. The erosion of the diversion ditch north of the reservoir appears to have <br />been repaired at the southern end. It appears the southern section of the ditch where the erosion has occurred has <br />been lined with rock. <br />
