The <br />bond release application was found complete by this Division on August 12, 2015. All <br />review and comment periods as provided in the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation <br />Act and the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining <br />initiate from this date of filing. <br />The applicant has requested Phase II bond release on 77.4 acres of irrigated pasture and <br />dryland reclamation units. The parcels are located northeast and northwest of the intersection <br />of 2700 Road and BB Road. The surface ownership is private, and the coal mined was <br />private. <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 1.7 miles Northwest of <br />Nucla, Colorado.
