completely unsecured location (the Deer Trail Pit) will without doubt exponentially invite <br />and increase the criminal element and activity around and in the Pit and greatly increase <br />the risk to ours and others property. Vandalism, theft, arson and the destruction of property <br />as well as illegal hunting and discharge of fully automatic weapons are already a common <br />occurrence at the location. My wife and I are deeply concerned about the increased risk <br />to us for the loss of property, belongings and possibly life. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to voice my objections and concerns for this proposed mining <br />operation and I will look forward to more updates on its progress <br />Most sincerely yours, <br />
