Each of the adequacy items
brought to our attention in your July 28, 2015 letter have been directly addressed in-line in this
response letter. Additionally, attached to this letter are the revised pages and maps that reflect
corrections and revisions from this response.
Exhibit F — Reclamation Maps
Map F-1, as attached to this letter, has a note committing clearly to the 3H: IV slopes in
reclamation.
Exhibit G – Water Information
Table G-1 is attached to this letter.
Exhibit L – Reclamation Cost
Exhibit L was rewritten as part of the first adequacy response for clarity and simplicity.
Therefore, it now is only five pages long. Pages L-7 and L-9 were mistakenly listed in the
adequacy response as being revised, but they no longer exist.
Page E-5 outlines the reclamation steps for portals, including defining backfilling.
Exhibit T – Environmental Protection Plan
The references to the concrete apron where removed from page T-26 so that said apron was only
discussed in one location in the permit. This is to keep the permit clear and concise and prevent
contradicting language regarding the apron.
Compliance
NO Violations
