Therefore, pursuant -to the <br />regulations found at 43 C.F.R. 3452, the relinquishment is accepted effective June 11, 2015, the <br />date of the filing. <br />The period of liability under the following coal license bond, surety number and the <br />Bureau of Land Management bond number for $18,000.00 having Oxbow Mining <br />Oak Mesa, LLC. as principal and Lexon Insurance Company as surety may be terminated as of <br />the date of the date of the filing, June 11, 2015. A copy of the terminated bond is enclosed. The <br />original is kept in the case file.
