The 11.5 acres of additional pre -law disturbance that is present in the permit area consists of past
highwalls on the east side of the disturbance and some gravel areas that may not be re -disturbed. The
Trust will make every effort possible to reclaim as many of the older pre -law areas as possible, how-
ever, their reclamation cannot be guaranteed since it is dependent upon profitable operation over
time. The post -mine map will not show the reclamation of these areas because a firm commitment cannot
be made but it is the intent of the Trust to do the work.
No blasting will take place in this operation. Any spills of fuel or other hazardous material will be
reported to the Division as soon as they are discovered.
The following table summarizes the acreage for the entire permit area.
Combined Permit Area Description
Gravel Operation
Gold Operation
Total
Acreage
Acreage
Acreage
1.
