No mining <br />activity is occurring or is proposed to occur during the proposed permit renewal. All activities <br />associated with the proposed permit renewal are reclamation oriented, and on -the -ground <br />activities would include sampling vegetation within reclaimed areas for bond release. <br />CPW has reviewed the application and has no additional comments to add to the review <br />process for this permit renewal application. <br />CPW appreciates the opportunity to provide comments for your consideration during your <br />review of the Seneca II -W Mine Permit Renewal Application No. 6.
