Please address this apparent error. <br />Response: The barrel diameter is 24 inches in both the model and in Exh. 7-23C, Table 1. <br />Figure C-7, the design drawing for the Section 36 pond, was in error regarding the text label, <br />although the pipe as drawn is correctly represented. It is resubmitted herein. <br />ITEM 27. Regarding the Middle Pond bottom elevation, the drawing and Table I are not in <br />agreement. Please address this apparent error. <br />Response: Table 1 of Exh. 7-23C has been revised to match the design drawing. <br />ITEM 28. Regarding the .Section 25 Pond, Table 1 has an error for peak discharge for <br />emergency spillway. Also, the elevation at the bottom of the primary spillway (7050.0) is an <br />error. Please address these errors. <br />Response: In regard to the error for the peak discharge to the emergency spillway, this error has <br />been corrected as previously noted in our response to Item 17. We are not able to find any errors <br />in Table 1 concerning the elevation of the primary spillway invert. As shown in the design <br />drawing, this elevation is set at 6872.0. <br />ITEM 29. On Figure Cl (and other similar figures), what is the pink line? It is not in legends. <br />Response: This line represents the lowermost toe of the spoil dump. This has been added to the <br />legend on all Exh. 7-23, Figure C 1 through C4. <br />ITEM 30. Drainage area to Lower D-2 Ditch: why does it not include a portion ofthe 55.75 <br />acre sub -watershed? Per the model, all of this reports to D-1 Lower Ditch. Please explain why <br />because this does not look correct per the topography. <br />Response: It is agreed that a portion of this 55.75 acre area may be contributory to the Lower <br />D2 Ditch. The parcel has been subdivided into a 16.95 acre parcel contributory to the ditch and a <br />38.80 acre parcel that is not. Figures Cl, C2, and the associated SEDCAD models have been <br />revised as a result of this comment. <br />Exhibit 7-23, Part D <br />ITEM 31. Page D-2 is missing.
